Located between Gaillac and Lisle-sur-Tarn, this 17th century château is a quality wine production site. Passed down from generation to generation within the Faramond family, Château Lastours is now in the hands of Louis, an agricultural engineer, who is responsible for perpetuating the heritage of his ancestors. Within its 60 hectares of vineyards, it produces a range of red, white and rosé wines that are renowned and regularly awarded medals in national and regional competitions.

Une adresse à retenir
J'ai visité ce domaine sur la recommandation d'un ami oenologue et n'ai pas été déçu. Le choix est important aussi bien pour les vins blancs que pour les rouges. Je ne suis pas un grand amateur de blancs sucrés dont je me suis concentré sur le blanc perlé, très agréable. Pour le rouge il faut attendre un peu avant de l'apprécier mais il est prometteur. Adresse que je recommande donc. Il me reste à visiter aux beaux jours pour profiter de la propriété et de ses jardins.
