DOMAINE OLÉÏCOLE RIGAUD
Domaine Rigaud is a family-run farm located in the Tarn region between Albi and Cordes-sur-Ciel. The 90-hectare estate is mainly devoted to vine-growing, with 11 hectares dedicated to the production of Gaillac wine. Cereals are also grown, and one hectare is reserved for truffle cultivation. In recent years, Pierre Rigaud has diversified into olive growing, with around 500 olive trees of different varieties, such as Aglandau, Bouteillan and Oliviere. The first fruits were harvested in 2015, allowing us to take a step back in time in terms of olive tree selection and production techniques. It is also possible to take a self-guided tour with a welcome booklet, free of charge.
