Since 1984, the Mont-Royal breeding farm has been producing meat pigeons (4,200 pairs are grain-fed). Discover this pigeon through the history of different breeds from around the world. This traditional pigeon loft, built by the owner, includes breeding aviaries, a showcase of fresh produce and fine preserves, and a flying pigeon demonstration. You can also taste pigeon cooked directly on site.
