FERME CASSAR
At Ferme Cassar, breeding is undoubtedly a family affair. Ask the three brothers - Jean-François, Pierre and Bruno - or Gilles - son of the eldest - they will tell you: the name Cassar is synonymous with know-how and quality. These professionals in the breeding of cows (Aubrac and Blondes d'Aquitaine), calves and pigs have been working in the sector for about fifty years. Located between Réalmont and Albi, their farm offers two sales areas: at the farm or at the Réalmont store. But that's not all, as producers are present at the markets of several Tarnish municipalities, participate in many fairs and sell via the Internet. They market their fresh, dry, cooked or canned products there, which they process themselves and ship immediately by refrigerated transport. The animals raised on the farm and fed on the farm's cereals produce 100% Tignes farm produce.
