As you leave Mazamet in the direction of Labruguière, the village of Caucalières nestles on the right, and if you don't get lost, you'll come across the horse-riding club that houses this lovely country restaurant. It's an address you have to earn: there are no signs to direct you to this meeting place for gourmet connoisseurs of the southern Tarn region. Here, good taste takes precedence, with tablecloths and a flowery, soothing environment. The same is true of the food: gourmets will be delighted to discover a Mediterranean cuisine based on fresh local produce.

Une cuisine a l ancienne, des quantités généreuses. Vous ne repartirez pas avec la faim. La patronne est très gentille et très accueillante. Le cadre est très jolie.

On est toujours aussi bien reçus dans un restaurant à la déco aussi généreuse que les plats cuisinés avec des produits frais et locaux. Le cadre est idyllique et les paons sont magnifiques, les goûts sont équilibrés, on se régale, je n ai jamais vu personne ressortir de table en ayant encore faim. Un etablissement qui vaut clairement le détour !

Le Paradis sur terre , en pleine campagne . Cuisine inventive , un régal des yeux avant celui des papilles , vaisselle colorée rappelant la Catalogne , hôtes attentionnés au petit soin .
