ALRAN
It is at the foot of the Montagne noire, where the forests are a little deeper, that the tannery-mégisserie Alran has affirmed its know-how. Since its beginnings in 1903, this company has maintained with passion and dynamism a unique expertise in the treatment of goat, calf and buffalo skins. Alran thus shapes leather for leather goods, the footwear sector, but also for furniture and binding. With a century of experience in skin selection, tanning and finishing, the company has established itself among craftsmen and young creators, but also in major luxury houses and renowned manufacturers. Although Alran is very attached to its roots, terroir and traditions, it regularly offers new products, if not innovations, to meet the requirements of its customers. The cork goat, which comes in about fifteen colours, is her specialty. But the tannery-mégisserie also stands out with metallic goat or calf leather, pearly or printed, and a range, called Tektonik, explosive with its fluorescent colours.
