MAÏS DÉLICE
Very good raw materials, a knack borrowed from the United States and a local guarantee made this popcorn made in Tarn explode in no time. Frédéric Tayac, a former salesman, brought back the idea of his vacation in Miami, Florida. And it was in Chicago that he found the essential tool to reproduce these delicacies in La Richarde, a town in Mazamet. This special machine allows him to burst the corn with hot air, without oil. It is then in the traditional way that the young man wraps his popcorn in sweet or salty flavours. As with corn, grown in the Gers without GMOs, Frédéric Tayac rigorously selects its ingredients: real Guérande salt for example, and of course no colouring, no preservatives, no artificial or chemical flavours - with one exception however. Onion cream, cheddar, basil parmesan, salted butter caramel, coffee-moka, chocolate hazelnut, strawberry candy - the sprain to 100% natural: the artisanal recipes of Maïs Délice are addictive, and naturally accompany a good glass of wine or a pint of beer at cocktail time. The sweet range is more suitable for snacks or snacks, gourmet version.
