LES CUISINERIES GOURMANDES
Founded by Claude Izard, the association brings together chefs who are motivated by the desire to safeguard regional culinary traditions, respect for the quality and durability of artisanal gastronomy, in order to guarantee products provided to restaurateurs. Locally, Claude Izard, the president, has created the Conservatory of Artisanal Culinary traditions in the Tarn to develop information from the tarnais and national public in the form of local seminars and seminars on food security and to carry out the inventory of tarnaises flavours. Hence the creation of the "Certification of Services" named "Cuisineries Gourmand". In 2005 the Ministry of Tourism awarded Quality Tourism in recognition of the Global Approach of Gourmandes Gourmandes. In 2007, a further step was taken with the introduction of the title of Master Restaurant. The Conservatory participates in Heritage Days and Taste week.
