Restaurant proposing a kitchen which emphasizes the local producers and the soil of Tarn.
We're talking about a place with an enchanting setting. L'Auberge Occitane has all the makings of a great place: efficient, friendly service, a pleasant setting conducive to relaxation, and a cuisine that showcases local producers and the terroir of the Tarn region: it borders on perfection. Whether in the shade of the wisteria of this 14th-century coaching inn or inside, both the spirit and the taste buds will find something to indulge their senses. All in all, the dishes are of the highest quality, and the menu features a number of fine dishes with a local brasserie flavour.

The products are decent.
Far too waiting, while the restaurant was not full.
I was sick with white MARTINI served aperitif, I reported that the martini had a strange taste, and therefore I did not end drinking it, the colour was also not in keeping with the MARTINI I know.
Including gesture " commercial" the martini was not applicable. What a generosity!
I spent the 3/4 of the meal, with the toilet.
Auberge Occitane you feel at home!
