THE KING'S KEEL
This rock is a natural monument, the legendary lair of the fairy Anéta, promising prosperity to lovers who kiss there.
This needle-shaped rock, located on the slopes of the Agout, is a natural monument of 10 meters. It is also called Menhir de la Fée, because it is said that, tired of a long journey, the fairy Anéta stopped one day at the foot of the monolith in front of which she dozed. Amazed by the beauty of the place, she wanted to mark her passage forever and struck the keel with her enchanted wand. She decreed that all couples of lovers who came to kiss on the spot would see their goods prosper in the year of their marriage.
