Here, you'll find boudin, dry sausage, saucisson, museau confit, fricandeau, 12-month-aged ham, as well as rosette, bougnettes, melsat, pâté de tête and other specialties. Charcuterie de Millas is a benchmark. In the wake of the pork crisis, Marie-Hélène and Akim decided to use pigs raised "apalhat" (i.e., on straw), in pure air, and fed exclusively on guaranteed GMO-free vegetables. Not to be missed!
