An old stone façade, exposed beams and a roaring fire: Lou Castel is the Château de Nages, a charmingly restored medieval dwelling that now serves as the backdrop to a traditional French restaurant. For once, it's a couple behind the stove! The duo have developed a cuisine based on grandma's old recipes for generous plates. Bonne cuisine, service un peu long mais vu le temps dehors ce n'était pas grave.
Le cadre est sympathique, les plats à la carte suffisamment garnis et les tarif raisonnables.

Attente de 40 mn pour avoir le plat, le filet de sandre était accompagné d'une pauvre patate bouillie , je trouve ça tres moyen ! Visiblement il manque du monde en cuisine, serveuse agréable ,les toilettes pas très propres !
