Xavier raises black pigs in the open air and produces verrines, pâté tradition, ham, rillettes, cured meats and vacuum-packed fresh meat parcels. The products are made exclusively with the meat of black pigs raised on the farm with respect for the animals and the environment. The pigs are fed with grain grown on the farm and without GMOs. Piglets are born on the farm and grow over 12 to 15 months to reach 100 to 130 kg. Marketing is only done in short circuits in a locavore approach.
