J ai commandé une entrecote "bleue" -j ai hérité d une entrecote pas plus épaisse qu une tranche de jambon ,très cuite donc pas du tout ce que j ai demandé-réponse du "CHEF" -l entrecote est bleue ??? Lamentable ,a fuir -profite de la situation de la vue sur un tres beau point de vue sur le paysage;mais ce ne sont pas des cuisiniers....
