Franck and Céline Augé wanted novelty… finished the time of the restaurant Les Secrets Gourmands, place today at the catering shop and cookery courses where Franck reveals all his secrets (or almost). The atmosphere is friendly, inviting you to dine with pleasure. Frank's philosophy is clear: cooking fresh products, without unnecessary complications, because the simple point emphasizes taste. This does not prevent the kitchen from being very elaborate: veal kidney calf roasted with Lacaune ham, carottes carrots with candied shallots with red wine, roasted burbot, dried tomatoes and butter with Lautrec pink garlic, tile crispy white-eat almond milk and mishmash of red fruits… Also discover the Colors, Surprises and Treats menu, composed of six specialities renewed following the chef's mood. We have a real gastronomy! For amateurs, the chef reveals his secrets once a month by giving cooking lessons.
