The Fromagerie Cheese factory is first and foremost the story of Marie and Sébastien Dubouchaud. Both raise brown cows from the Alps, a traditional and ancient breed of dairy cows. With the milk of trafficking, they carry out a whole panel of dairy products: fresh milk, fresh and refined cheeses such as the volume or pie, fresh cream, dessert creams, butter, rice, milk, blanks, yaourts… A range that they then offer directly to the farm, on the heights of the village of Rouairoux, every Wednesday and Saturday. They are also present in the surrounding producer markets, including Saint-Amans-Soult and Mazamet.
