LA VOIE GOURMANDE
Mireille Bezieaud and Dominique Jeay welcome you to the restaurant La Voie Gourmande, along the green path Passa Païs in Saint-Amans-Soult. Simplicity and friendliness are the key words of the house. In this restaurant, a traditional cuisine is served on the flowered terrace in the shade of the canisses and in a beautiful open-air room. Mireille cooks foie gras, cold meats, garnishes, desserts and jams herself. Meat and poultry are carefully selected, the fries are fresh and prepared "minute", the cheeses are farm cheeses, exclusively from Tarn producers. On the plate for the day's menu, a La Voie Gourmande salad (foie gras, duck breast, gizzards, onion jam) and a Tartan farm camembert (please) in the oven. The menu, in the evening, is more refined, with scallops and prawns fried with pink Lautrec garlic deglazed with walnut vinegar, homemade cassoulet (Coustellous, sausage, duck leg confit, rind), and many other delicacies turned towards the terroir.
