An organic farm whose many products are sold on site: cold cuts, cheeses, pasta, pies, sourdough bread, sorbets...
The Pozzer family has been working in agrobiology for 60 years already! Their production is very varied: cereals, fruits, vegetables, but also artisanal pork-butchery, dairy products (cheeses, yoghurts, white cheeses, butter, etc). Their great specialty remains the cow's milk tome, plain or flavored. Pigs and cows are raised on site and fed entirely with the farm's products. Pasta, pastries (savory and sweet tarts), natural leavened bread, fruit and plant sorbets are also made.
