A convivial, locavore table spiced up with books that go well with Saint-Jean-de-Jeannes charcuterie, Délices d'Auzan duck, Miss Aubrac meat, Paulinetoises ewe's milk cheeses and Michel Cluzel chocolate. Dare to try pork trotters in carpaccio with ravigote sauce, foie gras with chestnuts, gingerbread and dried fruit compote, not forgetting the homemade cassoulet with 3 meats. Yummy!

very attractive restaurant with a cuisine, presentation neat, (same took pictures) welcome and clean service as it should be. Thing which is rare in our mountains of the Tarn.
