France's first bookshop-restaurant! An original cultural and gastronomic hub in the heart of the granitic Sidobre region that brings the village to life all year round. A convivial, locavore table spiced up with books that go well with Saint-Jean-de-Jeannes charcuterie, Délices d'Auzan duck, Miss Aubrac meat, Paulinetoises ewe's milk cheeses and Michel Cluzel chocolate. Dare to try pork trotters in carpaccio with ravigote sauce, foie gras with chestnuts, gingerbread and dried fruit compote, not forgetting the homemade cassoulet with 3 meats. Yummy!
