After having travelled a lot, Virginie decided to settle in a village in the Tarn where she has just opened her small artisanal biscuit factory in connection with the local AMAP. Here, she produces healthy biscuits, made exclusively from organic ingredients, most of which are produced locally. A treat for the taste buds of young and old alike! The woodcock range combines cereals and dried fruits with the concern to reduce the quantities of butter and sugar, without losing flavour or pleasure.
