Led by Jean-Marc and Roselyne Balaran, the estate has 35 ha of AOC gaillac on 40 hectares of vineyards (55 ¾ % red grape varieties and 45% white). The grape-growing suit and attentive vinification provide wines served in the most famous restaurants in the Tarn. The red are called Cuvée des Drilles, white vine, small cross, and for whites, let's cite the dry white pearl, vine of oblivion, vineyards, golden vineyards… In addition to these wines there is an effervescent, gaillacic method, as well as a rosé, a very fresh bleeding wine with strawberry, raspberry and cassis.
