After transforming the La Diligence brasserie into a gourmet restaurant and winning the Henri Huck Trophy in 2000, Isabelle and Denis Vetter set themselves a new challenge: to transform the former château in Lingolsheim into a prestigious restaurant. Contemporary decor, refined ambience in sober tones. On the second floor, a lounge can be reserved for private parties or seminars. Denis Vetter offers inventive cuisine using fresh produce. And of course, on the menu you'll find dishes to suit the market.
