Chef Édouard delights us at P'tit Resto. Every day, he introduces us to a new dish, but for him, everything has to be cooked fresh. His inspirations vary greatly, and he knows how to draw the best from all cuisines, having trained in the finest gourmet restaurants. Rather traditional French, the dishes on offer are hearty, beautifully presented and adapted to the seasons. It's so pleasant to find grandma's stews, which take us back to childhood as soon as they arrive!
