The domain of Gineste is a 15 hectare operation, separated into two distant islets one of the other 800 metres: the nearest to the operation is light, sandy, suitable for the production of white wines, while the farthest is composed of more clay-clay soils, covered with serious ones. These graves give red wines a specificity by giving them tannins and power. The whole production is made in a particular cellar, in accordance with the Charter of Independent Wine Growers: «the vine grower must respect his land, work his vineyard, harvest his grapes, transform and raise his wine, put in bottle in his cellar of production, market his products, develop in accordance with tradition».
