In the heart of the Lautrécois region, Corine and Eric Heine live in a small house surrounded by an extraordinary garden, named after the elven forest in The Lord of the Rings. In total, they look after 3,000m2 of land, lovingly cultivated without insecticides and watered just enough to keep the plants alive and fragrant. More than 200 aromatic and medicinal plants perfume the air with a thousand and one scents. Among them: thyme, rosemary, calendula, lemon balm, angelica... Then enjoy them in herbal teas, jellies or chutneys.
