The farm has been in existence since 1948 and is now in its third generation. Nestled in the heart of the Monts de Lacaune, this family dairy is committed to producing top-of-the-range mountain cheeses made from cow, sheep and goat. The only cheese production centre in the Monts de Lacaune, it excels in the production of typical cheeses such as Monts de Lacaune, Blanche d'Oc and Tomme des Gavachs. Raclette des Monts de Lacaune, Beurre des Monts de Lacaune... Enough to make us salivate already! And all of this is organic !
