HOTEL-RESTAURANT DU BARRY
Back from the gorges of the Tarn, the Restaurant du Barry welcomes the bustling hikers, just at the entrance of the village. Mrs PHALIT SANDRINE, the chef and owner of the establishment, has created a simple and traditional menu for her lunchtime menu (buffet of starters, main course and dessert), which can be enjoyed in 2 rooms. On the occasion of local events, good friendly dishes are simmered: old-fashioned stew, albigensian tripous, bourriols (filled buckwheat pancakes, a specialty from northern Aveyron)...
