Each day, they offer 3 unlimited starters (soup, terrine, raw vegetable salad), a single main course and a dessert buffet. Everything is fresh and 100% homemade, including the bread! Favoring local producers and short circuits, the dishes are classics of French gastronomy: stuffed guinea fowl, cocotte fermière, sauté à la diable, petit salé, potée au chou...
