It's time for a new look for "Bassivière". The restaurant is now called "Le Tana". It is run by chef Paolo. His 25 years' experience, nourished by French, Italian and Asian gastronomic influences, ensures continuity in the chic spirit that has always been advocated by the establishment. As for the setting, it remains just as charming and cosy, blending the pleasures of the eyes with those of the taste buds. The veranda and terrace open onto nature and are magnificent.

PS : pensez juste à demander la cuisson du magret de canard aux clients, nous n'avons pas choisi celle-ci.
Pain et frites surgelées, produits de qualité médiocre, ce n’est pas de la cuisine mais de l’assemblage bas de gamme. Ne parlons même pas du rapport qualité prix.
Les serveurs sont sympathiques mais ne sont pas compétents!
Il s’agit là d’un mauvais restaurant masqué derrière une décoration à la mode. Passez votre chemin, le village de Monflanquin à 5mn de la regorge de restaurants de qualité servant des produits du terroir!
