Jean-Jacques Omassi draws his energy from the vine. As an artisan winemaker, he favors a reasoned culture that respects his environment. On his 10 hectares, he proposes wines of character resulting from his passion and in the family traditions, he harvests, vinifies and markets his wine from his cellar. He offers Ratafia, a liqueur wine made at harvest time with fresh grape juice, but also two red wines, two rosés and a white. Do not hesitate to visit him at the domain for a moment of sharing.
