Here is a beautiful stone mill on the Séoune river below Brassac and its castle. Recently renovated, the gîte offers three very colorful rooms, but which have also kept this little austere side that fits so well these quiet valleys of the Pays de Serre. Note the work of the owner, Louis Perrin, inventor of the "Zep art" with monumental sculptures and crazy concepts. Stopped for 25 years, the mill has recently started working again, a feat of the owner who is very attached to this place. It is an amazing destination.
