LES BONS ENFANTS
At the foot of the Bonaguil castle, this restaurant offers a generous cuisine whose specialty is called the Medieval Gallows.
Let's have a feast ! Annick and Francis ensure a warm welcome... The Medieval Potenza remains the house specialty, composed of beef, duck and poultry flambéed in Armagnac. Its sea version with shrimps, gambas and scallops is flambéed with whisky. The cuisine is generous and authentic, with homemade products, such as the foie gras which is a little marvel, or from local producers. From the skewers of duck breast with shallot sauce to the roasted leg of duck confit, the choice is vast. A nice stop, in front of the castle.
