Two brothers from the country carry this establishment, with the idea in mind to make a cuisine of soil and to pay homage to their mother in the name of the restaurant. They succeeded in combining their identity and family values, and put their passion for a cuisine based on seasonal and quality products on the plate. Known for their cassoulet, the two brothers know the nooks and crannies of their land and put its assets on the plate: foie gras with floc de Gascogne, duck breast with honey sauce, or braised calf sweetbreads.
