Bayard Fox, Christophe Garcia and Franck Monteau shared their professional experience in a large international cooperage. With complementary knowledge and skills in the field, they decided to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure together by creating the Tonnellerie Orion in Canals. Bayard, the wine enthusiast, in charge of commercial strategy; Franck, a graduate in forestry, administration and stock management; Christophe, the cooper by training, in production; they make very high quality barrels with friends, using wood from sustainably managed forests. Orion relies for this on a team with advanced and recognized know-how, and on a PAH analysis equipment that it is the only one in the world to possess and which allows it to guarantee the organoleptic qualities of its drums sold in France and abroad.
