Un rendez vous incontournable que ce marché du lundi matin où l'on trouve les producteurs locaux et d'excellents produits, dont des fromages de chèvre sous plusieurs déclinaisons de très grande qualité. En raison des travaux au centre du bourg, les forains ont du se disperser dans les rues adjacentes, mais l'ambiance est restée la même.

Le marché de CAUSSADE a gardé son authenticité et se tient tous les lundis matin. On y découvre des produits régionaux de qualité à prix corrects . Mais hors saison, loin de l'afflux touristique, c'est sous les halles situées derrière la mairie, qu'on apprécie le pittoresque du marché, qui a su garder son charme et contribue ainsi à maintenir une vie dans la ville et préserver tous les autres commerces.
