Toutes les décisions impactant le territoire est desormais aux mains des communautesde communes où celles les plus importantes disposent de droits de vote plus important. Que reste t il comme pouvoirs aux maires ? Ne vaudrait il pas mieux centraliser aux intercommunalites ? Cela aurait au moins l avantage de gains financiers ne serait ce que la fin des indemnités des élus car quand on analyse leur peu de pouvoir et donc leur incapacité à développer les petites communes pour répondre aux réels besoins des habitants on voit vite leur peu d utilité.
