ABBEY OF BELLEPERCHE MUSÉE DES ARTS DE LA TABLE
A remarkable Cistercian abbey of the Midi, with an 18th century guest reception room and history room.
In the 13th century, Belleperche was one of the three largest and richest Cistercian abbeys in the Midi and contributed to the economic development of the region. You can discover the galleries, the reception room, the monks' refectory, the park with its linden trees. Its permanent exhibition "La table est mise" (The table is set) plunges you, from the end of the Middle Ages to our days, into the surprising world of the table. You will also leave for China with the exhibition "The earth and the tea."
