Access to this splendid residence asks to leave the national 113, when you exit from Saint Hilaire-de-L, direction Port-Saint-Marie. After passing the orchard, turn left and after some 500 m we arrived (if you missed the first road, it is not serious, you can take the next). The owner Laurent Cano is in the kitchen. The cuisine is creative and the menus change five times a year. He works only fresh products. It is the market that is the source of inspiration. The day we went we discovered a bouillabaisse with Saint-Jacques, gambas au, langoustines, and small bouchot mussels. The accompanying person had chosen a square of wild boar, scattered from artichokes to gelée frozen buzet sauce. A beautiful park on the edge of Garonne. When you parked the car on the parking lot: raise your eyes towards the hillside and admire the chapel of Saint-Hilaire-de-L. Ask Laurent to tell you the village and its 4 chapels.
