The Château du Clau, one of the only apple producers in the department to press its own juice, has been part of a family history since 1898. Today it is Etienne, the last of this fine lineage who is at the head of the estate. His family has passed on from generation to generation a passion for high quality fruit juice. In the bottles of apple juice from the Château du Clau, we rediscover the taste of 100% natural fruit. Like great wines, the natural and sparkling fruit juices are elaborated in the cellars of the estate.

Des jus de fruits, certes plus chers qu'en grande surface, mais d'une grande qualité et au vrai goût de fruits; élaborés avec les pommes, poires et raisins de l'exploitation, ils sont naturels, existent sous forme gazéifiée ou encore couplés avec du cassis, de la pêche, des framboises et des cerises.
