L'Etincelle is an inventive and gourmet cuisine made from fresh and local products. Between the friendly, professional, fast and smiling service and the quality of the dishes, there is really nothing to complain about. April marks the seasonal opening of this restaurant with a menu that is constantly reinvented according to the chef's inspirations. You can taste noble products such as scallops or sweetbreads, and you can drink one of the surprising cocktails offered, such as the gin and tonic with basil. The discoveries are numerous!

De passage dans le magnifique village de Lauzerte, nous avons eu l'immense surprise de tomber sur ce petit restaurant au service impeccable. Quel bonheur de déguster des assiettes sincères, créatives, goûteuses, où tout est cuisiné frais et maison. Mentions spéciales pour le tartare au couteau à l'asiatique, aux saveurs explosives et justes à la fois, ainsi que pour les conchiglionis aux ris de veau, tout aussi précis, fins, cuisson et assaisonnement parfait(e)s. Carte des vins efficaces pour ne rien gâcher, nous recommandons vivement !

Superbe restaurant au cœur de la cité médiévale de Lauzerte, sur une splendide place. L'accueil est agréable. Les plats sont raffinés. Le cadre est dépaysant. Je recommande sans hésitation!
