Located in the Causses du Quercy, Mas de Monille celebrates the Occitan way of life. Chef Benoît Leverrier has made his inn a destination filled with tastefully concocted local products. The farm's black pork is cooked as blood sausage, roast, brisket, all depending on the season. Only one menu is offered. In the summer, it is possible to taste these dishes under a hundred-year-old chestnut tree. Before leaving, you can stop by the store where fresh meat, cold cuts and cured meats from the farm are for sale.
