The restaurant's room reflects the image of the hotel: clear, uncluttered lines, with a white colour that discreetly matches the brick. This harmony can be found in the service and of course in the cuisine offered by the chef: no overload, simplicity but with a good dose of refinement. Local cuisine is treated with the greatest respect. The inspirations vary, for example: sautéed prawns in sweet and sour sauce, a duck leg mille-feuilles. The wine list is extensive and many are offered by the jug.
