Establishment with terrace presenting a local menu prepared in a contemporary way.
Located on the square in front of the abbey church, Le Florentin seduces first of all by its painted wooden panels and its very design furniture. The terrace is very pleasant when the sun comes out, facing the cloister. You can enjoy a local menu prepared in a contemporary way that changes according to the inspiration of the chef Thierry Bonifas. As for the desserts, the menu includes the icy wonders of Philippe Faur, master ice-cream maker. We can't recommend the Chasselas de Moissac sorbet enough. This establishment has been awarded a fork in the Michelin Guide.

Ordered a small beer, given a choice of two, I chose a Leffe.
It was over 6€ ! Advise you to ask for a drinks menu to avoid surprises. Sat outside at the front, unpleasant smell wafting around as tables are located over and near to grids for rainwater.
I will not return.
