Restaurant with bright terrace offering a neat and colorful plate.

The aptly named Bistrot Gourmand is the "little brother" of Le Florentin, but it is just as qualitative as its elder brother, which is almost a Siamese twin, since the two restaurants are side by side. But if Le Florentin is only open in season, you can enjoy it all year round at the Bistrot Gourmand. The room is made of brick. The terrace, on the square, is bright. The plate is neat, colourful, worthy of the elder brother. Add to this a friendly welcome, with a starter and a digestive coffee. It is a nice address to discover.

Dans un cadre prestigieux face à l'abbaye, ce restaurant propose des plats de qualité à des prix très abordables surtout si l'on choisit une formule (plat/dessert).Je recommande le sabayon pêche en dessert.

Très mal organisé. Nous avons réservé et attendu plus de 30min sans qu’on vienne prendre notre commande. Finalement nous sommes partis après avoir vu des gens arrivés après nous être servis. Une serveuse s’occupait uniquement d’installer de nouvelles tables alors qu’il y en avait plein qui attendaient qu’on leur donne une carte ou qu’on prenne leur commande !! Occupez-vous d’abord de vos clients qui attendent avant d’installer de nouvelles tables, ça fera un meilleur roulement et donc plus de chiffre que d’avoir les mêmes tables qui sont là pendant 2 heures, et qui ne prennent pas d’entrée ou de dessert par peur d’allonger encore le temps d’attente.

Rapport qualité prix mauvais. Omelette truffée sans goût. Pavé Aubrac même le couteau ne pouvait le couper. Heureusement le dessert les aussi bouche ont sauvé le repas.
