Restaurant concocting a regional cuisine 100% made with fresh products and 100% home-made.

On the route to Santiago de Compostela, the restaurant site is an exceptional place. This large mill, with its prow jutting out into the calm waters of the Tarn, at the foot of the Pont Napoléon, is a real postcard setting. Latifa Mourchid, a modern chef with a passion for local produce, offers tasty cuisine featuring fresh, local and seasonal products. The restaurant's constantly evolving menu is an invitation to a gastronomic voyage through refined, regional dishes. An address to treasure!
