In the hollow of a lazy valley where the Lupte river flows, at the foot of the village of Labarthe and at the crossroads of several hiking trails, we come across this pretty little 15th century mill, operated for a decade by Mr. Ferru. You will of course find freshly ground flour, of several kinds according to your desires and needs, but also fresh breads made in the old way, in a traditional way, offering an inimitable taste which invites you to taste and to enjoy. It is a very beautiful address.
