The establishment is recent, but its silhouette, although massive, does not stand out in this world of white limestone, and the beautiful panoramic room at the foot of the village invites you to step through the door. It is the ideal place for a stopover, and the lunch formulas are well thought out, with excellent value for money for a traditional but carefully prepared cuisine.
