The story of Quercy des îles begins at the beginning of the 21st century on the heights of the town of Moissac. Edouard Bourreau discovered the golden pearl, the famous fruit of the Quercy region: the Chasselas of Moissac and gave birth to Quercy des îles. Its components give it a unique and refined taste. This blend, aged for eighteen months in oak barrels, smells of sunshine and cheerfulness for the aperitif. You can visit the cellars in Montaigu-de-Quercy run by the new owner Mathieu Albugues and of course stock up on this delicious beverage.
