At Van we love Vietnamese cuisine passionately! If you want to travel while discovering other flavours, you've come to the right place. The card is reduced, a nice promise of freshness. The chef proposes a few dishes of the day. The room fills up slowly but surely and here the master of the house takes the time for each one to explain all the notes of the dishes, their specificities and their instructions for use! According to your tastes, the chef adapts the level of chilli peppers. We take care of every customer. In the plates, the sapidities are queen and make the roundness in mouth. Special mention for the traditional broth, simmered for 3 hours, which warms hearts in winter. The welcome is smiling, generous and very pleasant.
