Installed since 2021 near the Montauban racetrack, La Cave Ô Délices perpetuates the pleasure of flavors at the heart of its dishes with gastronomic accents. The chef, who has been a Master Restaurateur since 2012, offers a southern cuisine linked to his Italian origins. He shapes his dishes with local products (foie gras, duck fillets...) and other products (the sea, notably with fish cooked in a milling process). A refined tasting in a pleasant setting with a view, the terrace overlooking the elegant equestrian environment.
